"Once you realize how valuable your time is, you won’t give it away freely."

God will take you through a journey and your experiences will undoubtedly help sharpen your discernment! Time is easily given but impossible to reclaim. If there’s ever a perfect moment in your life to start deciding who and what deserves your time, it’s now. We are in a season where we must be very intentional with how we use our time.

 This isn’t the time to get distracted or lose courage. Yes, it hurts to feel like you’re toiling but seeing no fruit. Yes, it hurts when the time you gave to others is never reciprocated. Yes, it hurts when you’re taken for granted. Yes, it hurts when others choose not to support you. Yes, it hurts when you feel like your breakthrough is near, only to face another disappointment.

 You’re doubting yourself so much because of the time you’ve spent helping others and feeling sorry for yourself. You haven’t even realized that the answer is already within you. You are the solution to the problem you want to fix. You are what you’ve been looking for. Stop overlooking yourself just because others have overlooked you in the past.

 You’re right—these moments you’re going through aren’t easy. But they’re worth it. Sounds crazy, right? One day, you’ll look back and thank God that you stayed persistent. It doesn’t feel good now, but the harvest will be marvelous.
